ابراهیم مرادی از اهالی جوانرود بود که در جریان اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۱۳۹۸ جان باخت. او در جریان سرکوب تجمعات اعتراضی توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان کرمانشاه هدف قرار گرفت و کشته شد. از وی به عنوان یکی از جانباختگان راه آزادی در خیزش مردمی آبان ۹۸ یاد میشود.
